PUPPET STOP SHIPPING POLICY
Order Processing
Most physical orders are processed and prepared for shipment within 3–5 business days after the order is placed. This processing time does not include transit time after the order has shipped.
Custom and commissioned puppets require additional production time. Custom puppet orders typically take 2–4 weeks to complete before shipment. The specific estimated completion timeframe will be confirmed with you when your custom order is arranged.
Domestic Shipping — United States
Puppet Stop ships throughout the United States.
Free Economy shipping is available on qualifying U.S. orders of $50.00 or more.
For orders that do not qualify for free shipping, available shipping options and rates are calculated at checkout based on your order weight and the shipping method selected.
International Shipping
Puppet Stop ships internationally to select countries. Available destinations are shown at checkout.
International shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the destination, package weight, and available shipping service. Depending on your destination and the products in your order, available services may include USPS and DHL Express.
Customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, VAT, brokerage fees, or other charges imposed by their destination country unless otherwise stated at checkout. These charges are not included in your order total and are not collected by Puppet Stop.
International delivery times can vary due to customs processing and circumstances outside Puppet Stop's control.
Digital Products
Digital products — including puppet patterns, STL files, and digital tutorials — are delivered electronically and do not require physical shipping. No shipping charges will be applied to digital product orders.
Apparel / Print-on-Demand Products
Some apparel products may be fulfilled by a third-party print-on-demand provider. These items may have different processing and shipping times from other Puppet Stop products and may ship separately from other items in the same order.
Custom Puppets
Custom and commissioned puppets typically require 2–4 weeks of production time before shipment. This production period begins after the custom order details and design have been confirmed.
The exact timeframe may vary depending on the complexity of the project, materials, revisions, and production schedule. If you need a custom puppet by a specific date, please contact Puppet Stop before placing your order.
Delays
Once an order has shipped, delivery times are controlled by the shipping carrier. Puppet Stop is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, weather, natural disasters, incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses, or other circumstances outside our control.
If your order appears to be delayed or lost, please contact us and we will help investigate the shipment.
Incorrect Shipping Addresses
Customers are responsible for providing an accurate and complete shipping address at checkout. If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, additional shipping charges may apply to reship the order.
